Digital Proof Approval & Unlimited Minor Tweaks (Print Starts Only After You Confirm)
We provide a digital proof for your review. You may request unlimited minor tweaks to your design. For faster turnaround, please list all requested changes in one message each time (a single, consolidated list). We will not start printing until you are satisfied and you approve the final proof.
One Complimentary Major Change Per Order
You’re welcome to make as many minor tweaks as needed using the photo in your original order. We also offer one complimentary major change per order if you need a more significant update, such as swapping in a new photo.
Additional Major Changes
If you need additional significant changes beyond the free major change, there is a small $10 fee to cover the extra work.
Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
Have you changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if our artists have already started on your masterpiece, a $10 fee will apply to cover part of the creation costs.
Photo Guide & Quality Expectations (Best Results from Your Pet Photo)
To create the best artwork of your pet, please ensure the photo you upload follows our Photo Guide. High-quality photos lead to high-quality portraits. If the guidelines aren’t followed and the photo quality is low, the resulting artwork may reflect that, and we may not be able to offer a solution.
While you can add notes to your order, we can’t guarantee all special requests can be accommodated. For instance, we can’t edit a photo to change your pet’s expression (like opening/closing their mouth or adding a smile). However, we can assist with requests such as removing red-eye or adjusting eye color.
Please note that the examples on our website were created using high-quality, high-resolution photos. If you provide a blurry or low-quality photo, our design team may not be able to achieve the same high-quality finish you see on our site.
