Right of Withdrawal
For EU customers only. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Custom, print-on-demand products that have entered production after your design approval are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or have printing defects.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The date you received your order
- Photos showing the damage or printing defect

What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
- If applicable, a USD$10 design fee will be deducted if design work has already begun.
- Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are covered by My-Petsible. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
