- 1 Free Major Change: One complimentary swap to a new photo per order.
- Additional Swaps: A $10 Artwork Fee applies for any further major photo changes.
3. Order Cancellations
Within 24 Hours: Full 100% refund.
After 24 Hours: If design work has already started, a $10 Artwork Fee will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Once an order is approved and sent to production, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of POD products.
4. Photo Quality & Results Guide
Your portrait's detail is a direct reflection of the photo you upload. Follow these tips for the best result:
- The Perfect Shot: Use a clear, high-resolution, well-lit photo showing the parts of your pet needed for the selected design. Make sure the face, eyes, ears, coloring, and important markings are clearly visible.
- Enhancements: We can sharpen images that are slightly low-res, provided they are complete and clear.
- What We Can Fix: Minor eye-color corrections or red-eye reduction.
- Limitations: We cannot change expressions (e.g., adding a smile) or recreate missing body parts from cropped photos.
*Blurry or low-light images will result in a final artwork with less detail than our gallery examples.
5. EU Customers – Personalized Orders & Cancellations
The following information applies to customers located in the European Union.
Personalized Product Exemption
My-Petsible products are custom-made to your specifications. Clearly personalized products are generally excluded from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Our Voluntary Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 hours of ordering: You may cancel your order for a full refund.
- After 24 hours: If design work has started, a US$10 artwork fee will be deducted from your refund. If design work has not started, no artwork fee applies.
- After proof approval and production begins: Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are no longer accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos. Eligible orders will receive a replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.
Transit damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under EU or local law.
