What Is Your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. www.my-petsible.com reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

At My-Petsible, we specialize in creating personalized products that are tailored to you and your pet. Due to the unique nature of our artwork, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece is carefully crafted with individual attention, ensuring that it is truly one-of-a-kind for you and your beloved pet.
If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please contact us. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure you are pleased with the final masterpiece.
If you have received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or if your product was damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it for you. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.
We understand that sometimes plans change! You're welcome to make as many minor tweaks as possible to the photo in your original order. We offer one complimentary change per order if you need to make a more significant change, like swapping in a new photo. Should you need additional significant changes, there's a small $10 fee to cover the extra work.
Have you changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if our artists have already started on your masterpiece, a $10 fee will apply to cover part of the creation costs.
To create the best artwork of your pet, please ensure the photo you upload follows our Photo Guide. High-quality photos lead to high-quality portraits. If the guidelines aren't followed, and the photo quality is low, the resulting artwork may reflect that, and we may not be able to offer a solution. While you can add notes to your order, we can't guarantee all special requests can be accommodated. For instance, we can't edit a photo to change your pet's expression, like opening or closing their mouth or adding a smile. However, we can assist with requests such as removing red-eye or changing eye color.
Please be aware that the examples on our website were created using high-quality, high-resolution photos. If you provide blurry or low-quality photos, our design team may not be able to achieve the same high-quality finish that you see on our site.
