If you receive the wrong product, incorrect size/print, or if your item arrived damaged, we will gladly send a replacement.

- Clear defects or print quality issues upon arrival.

To process your replacement quickly, please email us:

2. Digital Proof & Design Tweaks

3. Order Cancellations
Within 24 Hours: Full 100% refund.
After 24 Hours: If design work has already started, a $10 Artwork Fee will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Once an order is approved and sent to production, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of POD products.
4. Photo Quality & Results Guide
Your portrait's detail is a direct reflection of the photo you upload. Follow these tips for the best result:
- The Perfect Shot: Use a clear, high-resolution, front-facing photo showing the full body (head to paws).
- Enhancements: We can sharpen images that are slightly low-res, provided they are complete and clear.
- What We Can Fix: Minor eye-color corrections or red-eye reduction.
- Limitations: We cannot change expressions (e.g., adding a smile) or recreate missing body parts from cropped photos.
*Blurry or low-light images will result in a final artwork with less detail than our gallery examples.
