Yes, every order includes a digital proof. We offer unlimited minor tweaks to ensure you love the portrait. Printing only begins after your final approval.
What if I want to switch to a different photo?
We include 1 free major change (like switching the base photo) per order. Any additional major changes will incur a $10 fee each.
Policy & Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations within 24 hours receive a full refund. After 24 hours, if design work has started, a $10 Artwork Fee may apply if you choose to cancel.
What is your return policy for custom pillows?
Personalized items are final sale. However, if your pillow arrives damaged or incorrect, we provide a replacement. Please report transit damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
